Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:
To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, for how long the average employment and support allowance sanction lasted in each year since 2008.
This question was answered on 7th November 2014
The information requested in relation to both Jobseeker’s Allowance (JSA) and Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) sanction durations is not readily available and could only be provided at disproportionate cost.
