We recognise the significance of tourism to the Tunisian economy, and the importance of security in enabling tourism.

We are helping the Tunisian Government to build their capacity to deal with security challenges – our support has more than doubled since 2014/15, and this coming financial year will exceed £12 million. 120,000 UK tourists visited Tunisia in 2018 - up from 25,000 in 2017.
