Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, if she will set and publish a maximum time limit by which she will place in the Library reports received by her Department from the Chief Inspector of Borders and Immigration.

The Home Office intends to lay reports by the Independent Chief Inspector of Borders and Immigration within eight weeks of receipt, taking account of Parliamentary recess as both Houses must be sitting for reports to be laid.
