Question to the HM Treasury:
To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, on how many occasions the Tax Credit Office instructed bailiffs to collect overpaid tax credits from people in Preston constituency in each year since 2010.

HMRC has not instructed bailiffs to collect overpaid tax credits in the Preston constituency.
