Information on the UK’s resident population and their characteristics is a matter for the independent Office for National Statistics. Naturalisation as a British Citizen is by discretion and until an individual makes an application to be naturalised, and their application is assessed, it is not possible to tell whether they will qualify for British Citizenship.
