Local authorities are responsible for commissioning the Family Nurse Partnership (FNP) programme. Decisions on commissioning of the FNP programme are for individual local authorities based on their assessment of local needs and prioritisation; as such there will be variation. Public Health England manages the licence for the FNP programme in England.

The areas in which the FNP programme is running is not held centrally.
