The Department monitors the impact and costs of The Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel and Operator Liability) (England) Regulations 2021. Due to the temporary nature of these Regulations, a regulatory impact assessment is not required and would be disproportionate. We regularly monitor the impact of these regulations as part of a statutory review cycle which takes place every 28 days.
