Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, whether she plans to update her Department's guidance on removals and revocations of European Economic Area nationals as outlined in her Department's policy paper Safeguarding the position of EU citizens in the UK and UK nationals in the EU, published on 26 June 2017.

Guidance will be developed and updated in order to support implementation of the new scheme.
