Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, with reference to the letter dated 27 July 2021 from the Minister for Disabled People, Health and Work to the hon. Member for Aberdeen North, reference MC2021/53746, what progress the Government has made on clarifying the wording on the gov.uk website with regards to submitting a claim to the Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme on behalf of a deceased person.

The work to clarifying the wording on the gov.uk website with regards to submitting a claim to the Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme on behalf of a deceased person will be concluded this week (w/c13/09) and revised information will be available from w/c 20th of September
