Monthly sanction decisions for Universal Credit (Live Service) recipients by decision type from August 2015 to July 2020 are published on Stat-Xplore here:

https://stat-xplore.dwp.gov.uk/

Guidance for users is available at:

https://stat-xplore.dwp.gov.uk/webapi/online-help/Getting-Started.html

Monthly sanction decisions for Universal Credit (Full Service) recipients from May 2016 to April 2022 are published in Table 1.1 here:

https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/benefit-sanctions-statistics-to-april-2022-experimental

The information requested on the stage a Universal Credit (Full Service) sanction decision is made is not readily available and to provide it would incur disproportionate cost.
