To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, pursuant to the Answer of 12 September 2016 to Question 45450, on the Severn River Crossing, what the timetable is for the launch of the consultation.

The Department is aiming to launch its consultation in late Autumn 2016. A specific date is still to be confirmed.
