Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many personal independence payment appeal tribunals have found in favour of the claimant in (a) 2015 and (b) 2016 to date; and what proportion that was of the number of such appeal cases.
The number of personal independence payment appeal tribunals found in favour of the claimant (and as a proportion of those cleared at hearing) is published by the Ministry of Justice in the ‘Tribunals and Gender Recognition Statistics Quarterly’ on gov.uk.
