The Department does not hold detailed information centrally on contract terminations, penalties, or denied permissions for a company to tender on the grounds of grave professional misconduct.

The Commercial Division, who would be involved with the majority of such activity, is unaware of any instances of termination or permission being denied for a company to tender on the grounds of grave professional misconduct since 2015.

To obtain details across all contracts within the Department for each aspect of the request would incur disproportionate cost.
