Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, pursuant to the Answer of 21 November 2016 to Question 53369, if he will estimate the number of medical records which are missing.
This question was answered on 13th December 2016
NHS England has confirmed that they are aware of five primary care records which, currently, are reported as unaccounted for and are therefore subject to investigation.
