The Home Office does not have access to non-departmental public bodies' data and is unable to provide the answer to this part of the question.

There were 26 members of staff previously employed as permanent civil servants who left the Department during the 3 years from 1 December 2013 to 30 November 2016 and were recorded as re-employed as an agency worker or contractor during this period.
