Backdated information is not held centrally in the format requested and can be provided only at disproportionate cost.

No home would be left without heating or hot water for more than 24 hours. Alternative forms of heating and sources of hot water, or alternative accommodation, are provided. If the offer of alternative accommodation is declined, the use of bathing facilities in a welfare house is provided.
