Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, how much has been spent on executive search firms contracted for the purpose of recruitment into the Civil Service since 2015.

Departments are responsible for their own recruitment, with around 40% of Senior Civil Service vacancies through the centralised Executive Recruitment service. There is no central collection of recruitment information across government or the associated spend.
