There are no plans to do so. The risk of side effects associated with sertraline may depend on the dose and will often reduce or cease with continued treatment. The causes of any side effects may differ.

Prescribers may recommend treatments for potential side effects of sertraline based on the individual nature and site of the side effect. A list of possible side effects associated with sertraline is available to prescribers and patients in the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency’s approved Summary of Product Characteristics and the patient information leaflet.
