The NHS COVID Pass is currently available to people aged 16 years old and over and can be used to demonstrate vaccination and recovery from COVID-19. We are exploring ways to provide fully vaccinated 12 to 15 year olds with a travel NHS COVID Pass and further information will be available in due course. Most countries regard under 16 year olds as fully vaccinated, with others accepting testing or in a small number countries, recovery is accepted as equivalent to full vaccination.
