Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:
To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what steps the Government has taken to extend the availability of public access terminals in areas served by Parkhead Jobcentre after it closes.
Our work coaches personalise the support provided for each claimant based on individual need and circumstance. We will continue to offer internet access from Shettleston Jobcentre to support claimants and we are working with local authorities as part of our on-going partnership to improve digital access and capability.
If claimants are experiencing any difficulties with the service, they should discuss their issues with their Work Coach who will be happy to help overcome any issues affecting their claim or work search.
