Question to the Cabinet Office:
To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, what proportion of the Government Estate is (a) freehold, (b) leasehold and (c) private finance initiative-managed.

The Government Propery Unit monitors the performance of large offices across the Civil Service and the proportion by area, of those in 2015-16 is show in the attached.
