Question to the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, whether the Government plans to consider devolving powers relating to fixed odds betting terminals in Wales to the Welsh Assembly, in line with the dissolution of such powers in Scotland.

In line with our commitment in the St David's Day Agreement, the Government is giving careful consideration to whether non-fiscal recommendations from Lord Smith's commission on devolving powers to Scotland, should be implemented for Wales.
