The majority of the work will be carried out in the UK. The mid and forward sections of the ships will be built by Harland & Wolff shipyards in Belfast and Appledore. Following arrival of aft blocks from Spain, final outfitting, integration of blocks and modules and sensitive systems, as well as all testing and commissioning will take place in Belfast.
