Breast Cancer: Screening

Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, how many screenings for breast cancer have taken place in the NHS, as part of the NHS Breast Screening Programme, in each month since April 2019.

We do not hold monthly data on the number of people being screened for breast cancer. Data for the NHS Breast Cancer Screening Programme is collected on an annual basis; annual data for 2019-20 (up to 31 March 2020) is not yet available.
