Question to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs:
To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, how many prosecutions there have been for abandoning or neglecting horses in each of the last five years.

Prosecutions under the Animal Welfare Act 2006 for abandonment or neglect are not broken down by type of animal.
