Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what assessment he has made of the effectiveness of the reforms made by Part 4 of the Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015.

We continue to keep the provisions of the legislation under review. The Independent Review of Administrative Law (IRAL) was announced on 31^st July; the independent Panel of experts is examining whether there is a need to reform judicial review.
