Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask Her Majesty's Government how many (1) male, and (2) female, prisoners in England and Wales are aged 80 or over.

This question was answered on 1st December 2020
As at 30th September 2020, there were 311 male prisoners and 4 female prisoners aged 80 or over in England and Wales.
These figures have been drawn from administrative IT systems which, as with any large scale recording system, are subject to possible errors with data entry and processing.
