We want to make sure all entrepreneurs can find the information they need to help to grow their business and that includes our 1.2million female-led businesses.

Access to funding is important for business growth. Raising awareness of the options available is a key function of the Government-owned British Business Bank (BBB), which publishes the Business Finance Guide, in partnership with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and 21 other industry bodies. The guide sets out the different sources of finance available to smaller businesses and is also available as an online interactive version.

The Government-backed British Business Bank’s Start-Up Loans provide funding and support to new entrepreneurs.
