I would like The Pipelines Safety Regulations 1996 to be amended to remove the defence set out in Section 13(A)(6) for failing to ensure that a pipeline is maintained in an efficient state, in efficient working order and in good repair.
Found: Currently it is a defence for failing to comply with the duty in regulation 13 to maintain pipelines

The UK has done a great deal for Ukraine. But every day, we believe delay and inaction from western politicians is resulting in the deaths of more innocent Ukrainians, particularly in regions such as Kharkiv and Odesa. We have plenty of air defence systems - send them to Ukraine NOW!
Found: Many of these deaths could be prevented by the supply of more air defence systems.
