To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, with reference to the press statement by the Prime Minister of 22 April 2024, with which airline commercial charter planes for specific slots to remove people to Rwanda have been booked.

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, with reference to remarks made by the Prime Minister on 22 April 2024 on the UK-Rwanda treaty, what assessment he has made of how many asylum claims made by individuals relocated to Rwanda can be decided per week under the current capacity of decision makers.

The necessary decision makers in Rwanda will be trained and ready to make decisions on applications in preparation for the first individuals being relocated.
