- 36 Signatures
(Estimated Final Signatures: 230 - 2 added in the past 24hrs)
The Government should advise the Monarch against facilitating a ceremonial head of state visit where a foreign state is engaged in hostile activity - whether economic, diplomatic, military or otherwise - that is directly contrary to UK interests and/or the rule of international law.
Require parliamentary candidates publish five years of tax returns
- 184 Signatures
(Estimated Final Signatures: 230 - 2 added in the past 24hrs)
The Government must update election laws, governing who may stand as a UK parliamentary candidate. The new requirement is as follows; to have their name included on the ballot paper, parliamentary candidates must publish their tax returns from the previous five years, or be disqualified.
Require a referendum for any policy that breaches the governments manifesto
- 203 Signatures
(Estimated Final Signatures: 230 - 1 added in the past 24hrs)
The government should not be able to act in away which goes against their manifesto pledges. We believe the manifesto is what drives the people to vote for government. If the government wishes to break the manifesto then we the public should have a vote in a referendum.
Ban people with any criminal conviction from standing for Mayor
- 35 Signatures
(Estimated Final Signatures: 229 - 11 added in the past 24hrs)
We believe a Mayor is a position of responsibility, and will have dealings with vulnerable parts of the public including children, and they will be in charge of public finances.
Stop Commonwealth Citizens voting in UK general elections unless mutual rights
- 182 Signatures
(Estimated Final Signatures: 228 - 1 added in the past 24hrs)
The UK Government must end voting rights for Commonwealth citizens and replace them with fair, reciprocal agreements - if British citizens can’t vote in their elections, their citizens shouldn’t be allowed to vote in ours.
Make politicians legally responsible for their election promises
- 220 Signatures
(Estimated Final Signatures: 226 - 1 added in the past 24hrs)
Require all individuals standing for public office to sign a legal declaration to say that if elected, they will carry out their duties with honesty and integrity and fulfil their promises to the electorate. Otherwise, I think they should be held criminally liable.
Require Latino/Hispanic option in the ethnicity section for official documents
- 216 Signatures

We want the government to require that a Latino box is included in the ethnicity section of every government document in the way that different Asian and Black ethnicities are often represented.
Require all UK MPs and Ministers to take and pass the Citizenship Test
- 100 Signatures
(Estimated Final Signatures: 217 - 1 added in the past 24hrs)
Suspend any MP who fail the test within 6 months of becoming an MP until they successfully pass. Ministers should be required to have passed before taking any role.
Limit benefits/police protection available to former Prime Ministers to 5 years
- 125 Signatures
(Estimated Final Signatures: 211 - 1 added in the past 24hrs)
It seems obvious that ordinary people will be asked to give up more to reduce the deficit. We ask that Parliament also seeks to reduce the Public Duty Costs Allowance that former prime ministers (PMs) can claim once they leave office.
