Ministerial CorrectionsOn costs, again we publish the figures every year. The 2018 costs will be published shortly, but those for previous years have already been published. Last year, the total cost of the cull was about £4 million, which covers policing, licensing and all the monitoring work done by Natural England.

Letter of correction from the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food:
An error has been identified in the speech I gave during the debate on the Badger Cull.
The correct statement should have been:

Last year, the total cost of the cull was about £4 million, which covers policing, and a further £2.6 million, which includes licensing and all the monitoring work done by Natural England.
