Increase funding for NHS transgender services

The reality of these long waiting times is if a individual is referred to a Gender Identity clinic at 14 they are likely going to age out of child services before even having a initial appointment. Therefore being handed to adult services, this can be extremely damaging and make a individual feel at a stop sign in life. The story isn't different for adults who have be referred. The waiting lists can be around half a decade long before talking to anyone within the services.
