Swimming is a life skill and low income families cannot afford to regularly take their children swimming plus pay for themselves every week. More and more children’s parks and playgrounds are being knocked down and now their free swimming has being taken away and another skill will be lost. Over 60s rely on this as their only form of exercise or social activity.
