Ban E-Bikes and E-Scooters from pavements, footpaths and walkways.

E-bikes can travel at speeds up to 20-28 mph, creating dangerous conditions for pedestrians, especially children, elderly individuals, and those with disabilities. Current rules are inadequate or poorly enforced, leading to confusion and unsafe conditions.
