It is time to address the Persecution of Christian’s in Nigeria.

This is a call for The Foreign Secretary (Yvette Cooper) to engage with the FCDO, Nigerian Embassy and Nigerian Officials to put more focus, action, efforts, intervention and strategies in place to address the out of control murder and persecution of Christian’s on a daily basis in Nigeria!

The last discussion that was held in UK Parliament about this subject was in April this year (2025) prior to this it was in February 2024. This topic needs to be raised in parliament again and be brought to a point of priority discussion by MP’s.

It is vital that this issue is addressed and that the UK government foster ongoing increased measures to support Nigerian Christians by liaison with the Nigerian High Commission and government.

This issue has increased in severity over the last week.
