I want the figures to be published on a twice-a-year basis. The announcement should be presented in layman's terms and categorised as to whether sexual or non-sexual.

I believe that releasing this simple data will provide the population with a transparent benchmark to the scale of these heinous crimes. Then I believe we can offer our ideas on how best to prevent such despicable actions and how to move forward with those already incarcerated.
