We think sharp hard plastic spikes - some as high as 3-4 inches erected on top of residential boundary fences are barbaric, inhumane and can inflict horrendous harm on our wildlife and pets, foxes and cats in particular. We are supposed to be a nation of animal lovers, but we have built on their habitat, leaving them no alternative then to live amongst us and they should be allowed to live without fear of harm.
