Remove tax on alcohol served in pubs and raise it for alcohol in supermarkets

We are concerned that pubs have been hammered with rising costs. In order to "Save Our Local Pubs", we think the tax on alcohol should be removed.

We believe that pubs provide a controlled social environment, something of which is diminishing. Supermarkets have no control over who will consume the product once it's bought. We think this means that supermarkets are bigger contributors to alcoholism and underage drinking and on this basis they should pay a larger amount of tax on alcohol.
