Make supporting documentation for estate inventory and accounts compulsory

We think the Government should bring in a law to make it compulsory to provide supporting documentation with estate accounts, so that executors and administrators can be held to account properly.

I think that it should be mandatory for the executor to provide supporting documentation to support the inventory of accounts and assets, as this could prevent people having to go through costly legal processes to get more information.
