Decades of court closures, chronic underfunding, and broken private contracts have left the justice system on its knees. Instead of working to fund and fix it this government is completely destroying it by scrapping our centuries old democratic fundamental right to jury trials dating back to 1220 and the Magna Carta. They have no mandate.
