Make it mandatory for public and business-owned toilets to have accessible hand washing facilities for children. A simple step would suffice.

Parents often have to try and lift their children up and wash their hands at the same time when at a public or business toilet, resulting them squashing them or nearly dropping them. Some have lower sinks for children but most don’t.
