We are not clear what action you are seeking from the UK Government or Parliament. You could start a new petition setting this out more clear, for example calling for a statutory right for parents of SEN children to choose their school.

Because so many SEN children are being failed and so much money wasted going through tribunal to over turn the original decision. Also so many children are at home due to not having the school that meets the child’s needs. Also so many reports, EHCP plans and school recommendations get dismissed whilst the local authority places vulnerable children in mainstream schools that have already stated they can not meet the needs of that child.
