Pass a law where if international licence holders fail their UK driving test, they will be banned from continuing to drive in the UK unaccompanied as we believe they have no demonstrated competence.

Currently, if they fail, they can remove the L plates and drive from the test centres unaccompanied and legally on an international license if it is still within their first 12 months of residency. We believe their standards are below the UK threshold & that they have often demonstrated dangerous and seriously flawed driving traits during the test as they may have not had sufficient, if any, instruction & have had inadequate preparation. This could put other road users & themselves at risk.
