Second reading - the general debate on all aspects of the Bill - took place on 5 July.Committee stage - line by line examination of the Bill - is yet to be scheduled. The 2013-14 session of parliament has prorogued and this Bill will make no further progress. amend the Environmental Protection Act 1990 with respect to the distribution of printed matter for events which involve small-scale performance of live music and other entertainment, and for connected purposes.
