SI explanatory text This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 (“DMPO 2015”) and the Town and Country Planning (Section 62A Applications) (Procedure and Consequential Amendments) Order 2013 (“the Section 62A Order”) to modify certain procedural requirements in relation to the grant of permission involving relevant high rise residential buildings and in relation to the grant of permission for an application for public service infrastructure development.
