Timothy Charles Leunig, having been created Baron Leunig, of Surbiton in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, was introduced and made the solemn affirmation, supported by, Baroness Kramer and Lord Pack, and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct
