Alison Esther Garnham, having been created Baroness Garnham, of Stoke Newington in the London Borough of Hackney, was introduced and made the solemn affirmation, supported by Baroness Sherlock and Baroness Lister of Burtersett, and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.
