Julia Catherine Weir Aglionby, having been created Baroness Aglionby, of Armathwaite in the County of Cumbria, was introduced and made the solemn affirmation, supported by Lord Wallace of Saltaire and Baroness Parminter, and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.
