Increase penalties for parking in enforceable disabled parking bays

There are delivery drivers, work men and general public abusing disabled drivers parking bays. The law should increase parking fines for the abusers. Not only should traffic wardens book these abusers but also the police.

As a disabled driver I see these bays abused on a daily basis, as I'm sure other disabled drivers see this problem continually happening.
